Educators who use online learning often find thattheir role alters dramatically. Learning to interact with learners whom we maynever meet requires a re-think of many elements of our ’performance’ aseducators. While this is true for all forms of online- supported learning, itis particularly true for Online Role Play based learning which involves a verydramatic shift in focus.
